The merchandise should be unwashed, unworn, and have the tags attached. If your return is accepted, you will get a refund equal to the purchase price minus the shipping fees. Azazie charges a 10% restocking fee if three or more selected items are returned from the same account. Charges apply if the returns are made within six months—either for the same or separate orders—for the following items: Special occasion dresses, Mother of the bride dresses, Bridesmaid dresses, Junior dresses, Bridal gowns, Prom dresses. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will get a full refund—including the shipping fee. You cannot get an exchange because most of the company’s products are made-to-order, but you can place a new order after returning the item. Some items, including those marked as final sale, cannot be returned according to the Azazie return policy.

After they’re made in their warehouse in China, they pass certain quality control inspections and are over to their offices in Milpitas, CA where they’re then shipped out to you.
